POTOP customizes a twin-screw extrusion casting film testing machine for customers, which is a precision equipment for preparing PEEK modified films. The twin-screw extrusion casting experimental machine mainly consists of precision twin-screw extruder, screen changer, casting mold, casting unit, and computer measurement and analysis system. The test material is first melted and homogenized by a precision twin-screw extruder, and then sent to the casting die at a constant speed by a melt pump. It is formed by a casting unit, and the instrument measures and records the real-time pressure change curve of the melt before the pump to achieve stable extrusion of the material.
